More than twenty-five years in the software world in different areas and purposes. Always driven by three main motivations: learning, evolving and helping.
My passion lies in efficiently addressing and solving complex problems, always seeking a balance between people and technology, creating environments that foster growth, creativity and sustained productivity over time.

After my studies in Management Information Systems, I started my journey as a Full-Stack. Over time I specialized in Backend. Throughout my career and in all cases, leadership has emerged naturally: guiding teams, empowering talents and achieving goals.

Inspired by my fatherhood and my desire to always provide the best possible support: I am studying the Degree in Psychology at the UOC. Always seeking balance, learning with every step.

I define myself as approachable, curious and committed: I observe, learn and act with intensity and purpose.
